Hey all, your friendly neighborhood EVE Influence Map author here;
For a number of years now I have done the Influence Map for the original version of EVE (Tranquility), and I've been looking to expand that to cover the Chinese server (Serenity). However as a few of you may know the Serenity does not offer an external API like TQ does, which prevents me from grabbing world data from Serenity like I do TQ.
Recently I've acquired the means to extract this data from the EVE client itself using Entity's Reverence cache decoder, which now allows me to build the map from EVE cache files as an alternative. Or to put this another way, I now no longer absolutely need an API to get the job done.
So why the longwinded post? I'm looking to do a Serenity Influence Map, however I don't have access to Serenity! And this is where you come in. I need someone with access to Serenity to help me by logging in to the game so that I can extract the necessary data. So if you have regular access to Serenity and would love to get your name plastered on an influence map, please shoot me an EVEmail. This won't take but a few minutes of your time, and while I can't offer you rewards I can offer you infamy, and that's worth something, right?
Pending a reliable data source, it should be possible to generate an influence map as frequently as the data is sent over - realistically once a week. Such an update frequency should be more than enough to keep an eye on what our evil doppelgangers are up to in their region of space.

There have been a handful of hand-drawn maps. I haven't seen one in the last couple of years though. And the less said about the translations the better.
Anyhow, if you do get access, please EVEmail me. Grabbing the export data is quite easy; it's getting on Serenity that's the hard part.
